I am an independent consultant working at the intersection of AI governance, decision architecture, and analytical strategy. My work focuses on designing governance architectures, decision frameworks, and strategy processes that bring structure to complex environments and support long-term, high-stakes decisions. I specialize in transforming complexity into clear, scalable systems grounded in economic reasoning and structured problem-solving.
I completed a PhD in economics and published research in leading journals, including the Journal of Economic Theory. During this period I held research and visiting positions at institutions such as Harvard University, Columbia University, and the University of Bonn. Academically trained as an economist, I now apply research-grade thinking to practical governance and strategy challenges, focusing on clarity, systemic coherence, and scalable design.
My private-sector experience spans data science, pricing, analytics, and machine learning in both startup and corporate contexts. This combination of analytical depth and applied work informs my current focus: building governance structures and decision systems that scale, endure, and provide durable clarity. I approach every engagement with a method-driven perspective — the process itself is the product.
In addition to consulting, I write about decision systems, governance models, and the architecture of clear reasoning. I work with organizations that value analytical rigor, precision, and non-ideological clarity.
